Schenker and BAX Global in Indonesia are fully merged - Schenker and BAX Global Logistik (BAX Indonesia) announces the completion of their merger and operational integration as of 1st January 2007, to become PT Schenker Petrolog Utama. BAX Indonesia has been in Indonesia since 1997, specializing in international air freight, ocean services, and high-tech logistics (warehousing and distribution) with offices in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Bandung and a staff strength of 140 supporting a number of major local, regional and global accounts in Indonesia. more info	Schenker-Seino and BAX Global in Japan merged - Schenker-Seino Co. Ltd. and BAX Global Japan K.K. announces the completion of the merger between the two organisations, on January 1st 2007. The combined company operates under the name Schenker-Seino Co., Ltd. The new Schenker-Seino Co., Ltd. will have about 460 employees at 23 locations throughout Japan. more info
